This smoothies turned out so delicious and there were only a few ingredients. I added about 1 C strawberris, 1 C. blueberries, 1 C Raspberries, 2 C. milk and about 1 T. of splenda. I mixed it in the smoothie maker and added a little bit of whip cream to the top. It was declicious and my kids wanted more and more! That's always a good sign...
And it was pretty healthy.
